Qualifications
- University degree required, experience is an advantage.
- Must be proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin to deal with Chinese clients.
- Excellent human relations, communication, and negotiation skills are critical.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is a must.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new enquiry costing and quotation.
- Conduct feasibility study and provide costing calculation.
- Submit quotation to the customer upon management approval.
- Follow up on the RFQ status for NPI and Mass Production.
- Prepare sales forecast and reports.
- Meet with customers for a new RFQ.
- Work with technical staff to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for new enquiry costing and quotation.
- Conduct a feasibility study of the engineering approach and provide a costing calculation based on the company's actual capability. Assist Engineering in preparing DFM and SRD for the customer prior quotation submission.
- From a summary of costing after gathering details and compiling data to estimate all production costs, considering raw materials, labour, equipment, and tooling, submit a quotation to the customer upon management approval.
- Follow up on the RFQ status for NPI and Mass Production.
- Preparing sales forecast and reports.
- Meeting with the customer for a new RFQ and completing the RFQ on time.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Make sure all customer requirement and quoted condition convey to the internal team during Project Confirmation and Kick Off.
- Work with internal to meet the customer's schedule and requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A university degree is required, along with relevant experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin - to deal with Chinese clients.
- Excellent human relations, communication, and negotiation skills are critical.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Incumbent must be able to represent the company in account development.
