• Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and develop tailored solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including existing and potential clients.

• Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales.

Sales and Proposal Generation:

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and bids for valve projects, aligning with customer requirements and industry standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the valve market.

• Negotiate contracts and terms with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to sales activities, proposals, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, engineering, or technical support roles, preferably in the valve industry.

• Understanding of various valve types, applications, and specifications, including gate, globe, ball, butterfly, and control valves, is an advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with valve types, applications, and standards in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, marine, and manufacturing is a plus.
