Your Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers in Consumer Electronics, Medical, and Automotive sectors. Your role is key to expanding our customer base.

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage resources to meet annual sales targets. Your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and success.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify new opportunities and trends, helping us stay ahead of the curve.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as Engineering, Customer Service, and Planning to ensure a smooth chain of processes.

Project Commercialization: Take the lead in commercial matters from RFQ to first Production Batch Orders, ensuring projects turn into successful commercial ventures.

Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and develop accurate reports, forecasts, and tender success indicators, enhancing our decision-making process.

Job Requirements:

Education: Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Development/Management or equivalent.

Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Management, candidate who has experience in Plastic Injection Moulding and the Electric and Electronic industry will be added advantages.

Skills: Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, fast-thinking, sales, marketing, and negotiation skills. You should be comfortable working independently in dynamic environments.

Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin, which will be essential for handling HQ and customers from China.
