What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sales Activities: Manage and grow the customer base across key electronics sectors including Semiconductor, SMT, and PCBA manufacturers.
- Strengthen Client Relationships: Form long-term relationships with existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities to expand your portfolio.
- Engage Key Principals & Suppliers: Liaise with major suppliers and technology principals to align offerings with customer needs and market trends.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Handle end-to-end sales processes—from prospecting and customer engagement to presenting proposals, closing deals, and managing project execution and handover.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Track and manage sales forecasts, ensure accurate reporting, meet performance targets, and follow up on leads consistently.
- Strategize & Execute Plans: Work closely with the management team to plan and execute strategic sales initiatives within your assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Keep Abreast of Market Developments: Stay updated on emerging technologies and electronics manufacturing to identify new business opportunities and remain competitive.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering - E&E, Material, Mechanical, Physics, Chemistry etc.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the electronics, semiconductor, or related industries.
- We welcome applications from fresh graduates eager to kick-start their careers in sales engineering.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor, SMT/PCBA technologies, and IoT/5G/EV markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A go-getter attitude with a hunger to explore business opportunities and close deals.
- Language Proficiency: fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Thai, Japanese) can help propel you to greater success.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Willingness to travel.
