Job Responsibility

• Be involved in the production department to learn and understand machine operations.
• Proficient in production processes to identify the flow and requirements.
• Actively communicate with potential clients to identify their technical requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer complaints and help resolve technical or product issues to enhance customer experience.
• Work closely with the project and production teams to assure delivery meets customer requirements.
• Prepare and present professional product introductions and proposals to aid customer purchasing decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively developing new business opportunities.
• Contribute to ongoing sales and marketing strategies to drive company growth.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin as required to communicate with counterparts from China.
• Minimum SPM or related Diploma; a background in Mechanical, Civil, or related fields is preferred.
• 1â2 years of technical sales experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use CAD or BIM software is a plus and can help enhance solution competitiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to leverage technical knowledge alongside a strong business mindset to become a trusted consultant to customers in selecting equipment.
• Positive, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
• Possess own transport.
• MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL domestically (factory & customer sites at different states) and internationally (when required) to meet sales and customer needs.
