Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing and developing client accounts (local or international).
• Assist in identifying new sales leads and market opportunities.
• Communicate product information and technical details to clients with training provided.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, and basic product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Learn and stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Mandarin proficiency is an advantage due to client base.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in learning technical aspects of plastic packaging films.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (locally or overseas).
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and willing to put in extra effort for client activities.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
