About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, versatile professional who can drive brand visibility, digital growth, and sales operations in Malaysia and the broader ASEAN region. This hybrid role bridges marketing strategy and sales execution, empowering UST’s local presence through LinkedIn-led branding, event marketing, RFP response management, and sales enablement.

You will be the go-to person for both building the brand narrative and supporting business growth through sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing & Digital Engagement

  • Lead LinkedIn-first marketing campaigns to boost engagement and executive branding.
  • Develop localized content including blogs, whitepapers, and multimedia assets using Generative AI tools.
  • Drive branding through webinars, physical events, and podcasts, highlighting UST’s capabilities in AI, cloud, and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, universities, and ecosystem partners to position UST as a thought leader.

Sales Operations & Enablement

  • Manage RFPs, RFIs, and tenders using platforms like Ariba or similar.
  • Create compelling sales proposals, pitch decks, and pricing support in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Own the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, and create impactful presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.
  • Represent UST at events, seminars and business meetups to build pipeline and client relationships.
  • Support Sales Operations as per the company strategy and directive for the region.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years in a hybrid role involving B2B digital marketing and sales operations, preferably in tech/IT services.
  • Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing, content creation, and event promotion.
  • Proven expertise in managing proposal responses, deal desk support, and pricing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive-level audiences.
  • Experience using AI tools for content generation, market research, and automation.
  • Well-connected in Malaysia’s tech ecosystem and able to drive local influence.
