Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the overall sales strategy to drive company growth and profitability.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive sales campaigns to increase market share.
3. Oversee and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.
4. Collaborate with other senior management to define long-term strategic business goals.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
7. Provide leadership in negotiating and closing major sales deals.
8. Contribute to the company’s overall strategic direction and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 20 years of experience in sales management and commercial leadership roles, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
2. Experience in the agriculture industry is an added advantage.
3. Proven expertise in strategic sales management, including campaign development and execution.
4. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Chinese dialect is preferred.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to think strategically and drive results.
