Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company’s market presence in adhesives and sealants.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, OEMs, and end users.
  • Collaborate with R&D, technical, and production teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Provide leadership in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer proposal development.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within the chemical adhesives and sealants industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of adhesives, sealants, and application technologies.
  • Proven track record in leading successful B2B and B2C sales strategies.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
