Research and identify key decision-makers (COOs, Property Managers) at target accounts
Build targeted lists of 100+ qualified leads/week
Execute50+ daily touchesacross LinkedIn, email, and cold calls

Pass only sales-ready leads to AEs

Stay updated on PropTech trends to speak intelligently with prospects
Provide feedback to marketing on messaging effectiveness
Must-Haves
1+ years in outbound sales/prospecting (SaaS preferred)
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Nice-to-Haves
Real estate/PropTech knowledge
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
