Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Accuris is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging with inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting meetings that lead to pipeline opportunities. This role offers a performance-based compensation structure with uncapped earnings potential for opportunities generated and a fixed bonus for influenced revenue milestones.

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Engagement: Respond to all inbound leads within 24 hours, using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to ensure consistent follow-up.
- Outbound Prospecting: Proactively engage with MQAs and Tier 2 & 3 leads through personalized outreach to create new opportunities. Tier 2 & 3 leads are identified based on specific signals or scores, such as webinar attendance, content downloads, account engagement score thresholds, or RB2B contact identification.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on firmographics, pain points, and potential fit with Accuris solutions.
- Meeting Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings for qualified leads and ensure attendance.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of pipeline activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality and targeting criteria to refine processes and improve results.
- Tool Utilization: Deploy and manage AI SDR tools to scale outreach efforts efficiently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of meetings set that convert into qualified opportunities.
- Pipeline generated from meetings set.
- Attributable revenue influenced by meetings set.
- Timeliness and consistency of lead follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g.,HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), etc preferred.
- Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Japanese language skills compulsory for SDR Tokyo.
- Bahasa and/or Mandarin language skills preferred for SDR Penang
