A leading company is seeking a B2B Digital Inside Sales professional to enhance their sales processes. The role involves solving routine problems, contributing to a team, and requires a Bachelor's degree along with strong communication skills. The team helps assess design build and implement best practices on process organization and technology to create execute and run a collaborative sale and support roles.
A suite of services that helps Telcos to leverage robust analytics, agile CRM systems, optimized channel incentives and seamless partner management.
This service is underpinned by proprietary Accenture assets and enabled by SaaS technology solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor.
In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks.
The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised.
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in B2B digital inside sales or service optimization.
Skills: Proven ability in Digital Inside Sales or B2B Sales. Experience or understanding of Sales and Service Optimization strategies.
Communication: Excellent business-level communication skills in English (minimum C1 level proficiency).
