Intrix One Tap is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Sales Designer Specialist to expand our presence in the interior design community. Your primary role will be to grow and manage Interior Designer (ID) accounts, promote our innovative tapware solutions, and provide end-to-end support to ensure seamless collaboration. A background in laminated furniture is highly preferred to better understand designers’ needs and product integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow ID accounts – Conduct regular visits, provide training, and offer ongoing sales and product support.
- Maintain strong relationships – Build lasting partnerships with interior designers by understanding their workflow and offering tailored solutions.
- Support the full sales process – From design consultation and quoting to order placement and after-sales service.
- Actively seek out new ID leads – Use online platforms, referrals, design expos, and cold outreach to expand the network.
- Conduct market research – Evaluate customer needs and design trends to identify selling opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales – Pursue prospects, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets – Meet monthly and annual goals set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development—preferably in the interior design, laminated furniture, or building materials industry.
- Background or strong understanding of laminated furniture and its application in interior design projects is preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships, especially with interior designers or design firms.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits, showroom appointments, and industry events.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent follow-up and closing skills.
- Experience or understanding of laminated furniture is preferred and will give you an edge when working with design professionals.
- Prior experience as a Sales Executive, or in a design-related role is a strong advantage.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
