Your Role

As a Sales Designer / Sales Consultant, you will be the key contact for customers looking to enhance their living or working spaces. Your role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending the right furniture and home makeover solutions, and ensuring a smooth buying experience and services. While interior design knowledge is a plus, your main focus will be sales and consultation rather than detailed design work.

What You’ll Do

Engage with customers to understand their furniture and home makeover needs

Recommend suitable furniture packages and makeover solutions based on customer preferences and space requirements

Provide basic guidance on space planning and styling (ID expertise is a plus but not required)

Collaborate with the interior design & sales teams to finalize proposals when needed

Achieve sales targets through excellent customer engagement

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

What We’re Looking For

Passion for sales, customer engagement, and home styling

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions effectively

Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented

Experience in furniture, home improvement, or retail sales is an advantage

Basic understanding of interior design is a plus (but not required)
