JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for providing pre- and post-sales service to customers.
- Work closely with customers in recommending kitchen and wardrobe designs and space planning solutions.
- Handle new leads delegated by customer service and take over walk-in customers during duty (without objection).
- Participate in kick-offs, presentations, prepare proposals, sales quotations, and process orders to production.
- Design and create graphics based on customer needs using relevant design software (liaise with Interior Design Department).
- Collaborate with Sales Team, Sales Technical Consultants, Interior Designers, and Operations Teams to develop technical support or solutions.
- Responsible for payment collections.
- Conduct site visits for projects (pre-visit & post-visit).
- Finalize drawing details with Sales Supervisor and Operations Teams, especially Quality Controller, via virtual meetings following SOPs.
- Weekly reporting on work progress to Outlet Supervisor & Sales Manager.
- Perform other related or ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, superiors, or customers.
- Contribute to team sales development to meet annual sales objectives and targets for products and services.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and the company.
- Provide high-quality design options aligned with customer objectives and budgets.
- Create effective designs using Design systems in coordination with the Interior Design Department.
- Develop accurate layouts and material specifications.
- Prepare and present accurate pricing proposals.
- Process transactions related to orders accurately and promptly.
- Oversee installation to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers, internal sales team, and production team throughout projects.
- Obtain referrals and photos from customers.
- Facilitate resolution of issues, including warranty claims or defects.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service, quality, and reduce costs as a team.
- Keep the showroom well merchandised, clean, tidy, and well accessorized.
- Prioritize customers in the showroom/outlet.
- Include benefits such as EPF/SOCSO and Medical Leave.
