Your Impact

As a Sales & Customer Manager, you will be the face and voice of the school for families and the community. You will be key to growing the school’s enrolment and ensuring an excellent experience for students and parents by:

1. Promoting the school’s curriculum and educational value in the local community
2. Managing the admissions funnel, from first contact to enrolment
3. Leading school visits and engaging directly with prospective families
4. Creating and running local marketing and community engagement activities
5. Building strong relationships with enrolled families to improve retention and satisfaction
6. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve the school’s offering
7. Working closely with the Head of School and the Central marketing team to reach enrolment targets

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education or related field
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (education sector is a plus)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and public speaking skills
• Digital fluency (CRM tools, email campaigns, social media)
• Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and the main language of the location you would like to be based in
