Sales cum Service Engineers (Johor)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales activities and achieving results. Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
• Pro-active, results-oriented, and a key player. Cultivate new and existing accounts, identify their needs, and provide solutions.
• Maintain full market knowledge of the sales area.
• Plan calls efficiently to maximize business opportunities.
• Service existing customers and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• A desire to pursue a career in sales.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Additional System Engineer Role:

• Manage system presales discussions, AutoCAD drawing, system assembly, and after-sales follow-up.
• Support sales staff and customers with application knowledge.
• Conduct product training for customers.
• Assist with quality-related matters.

Additional Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• 2-4 years’ experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of part applications and PLC programming.
• Skilled in AutoCAD drawing.
• Knowledge of air dryer technical support is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English.
