Job Scopes
Assist salesperson on quotation follow up
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and quotations
Co-ordinate the flow of information accurately and rightly between sales, customers, delivery team
To liaise with suppliers on purchase orders
To source for products from suppliers
Performs any other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned by superior
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Good working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Effective team player
