Job summary

A leading marine parts company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support its Singapore operations. Applicants should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the engineering or marine industry, along with good skills in MS Office and good communication abilities in both English and Mandarin. The successful candidate will handle quotations, sales order processing, and customer inquiries while ensuring the accuracy of pricing and discounts. Training is provided for fresh graduates.

Qualifications

  • Min 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in Engineering or Marine Industry.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply; training provided.
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferred.

Sales Coordinator - (Supporting Singapore Office)

We are seeking Sales Coordinators to join our fast-moving Marine Parts Sales department. You will be based in Malaysia office (Subang Jaya), able to work from Malaysia office remotely, and supporting our operations in Singapore.

Provide support to the Parts Department

Generating quotations and sales order processing

Generating Purchase Requisition

Check and verify accuracy of selling prices and percentage of discount.

To liaise with Logistics Department for delivery to customer or to vessel when call at port.

Attend to customers' enquiries by phone.

To ensure proper e-filing system for easy retrieval of documents / information within the department.

Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

SPM or Diploma in Business or equivalent.

Min 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in Engineering or Marine Industry; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Good computer skills especially in MS Office software.

Preferably candidate with decent fluency in bilingual (English and Mandarin) because the position needs to communicate and liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

Experience with SAP is highly preferred.

Possess good interpersonal & communication skills.

Meticulous and pay attention to details; able to multitask.

Comfortable working a 5-day work week and adhere to working days of Singapore office.
