Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan events across the organization, including meetings, kickoffs, and other events as required.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings and conferences, including offsite events.
  • Maintain company assets such as laptops, iPads, and iPhones.
  • Book meeting rooms and manage office access cards for the team.
  • Handle office administrative matters, including processing rental payments and phone bills.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, such as copiers.
  • Assist in obtaining approvals for marketing collaterals and support related processes.
  • Consolidate references relevant to marketing collaterals for approval purposes.
  • Ensure compliance in customer engagement and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the production of marketing collaterals, organize events, and assist with other marketing initiatives.
  • Submit purchase orders to vendors for marketing projects and other products/services.
  • Coordinate sample orders and track issuance and redemption for special events or projects.
  • Generate sales and marketing reports and prepare necessary presentations.
  • Manage office inventory, including POSM, samples, and gimmicks.
  • Assist in collecting market information relevant to business needs.
  • Provide support to other SEA countries as required.

Skills and Experience:

Education:

- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business.

Relevant Experience:

- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Medical Device industry or related field.

Job Proficiency Requirements:

  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
