Company Background:

We are representing a well-known oil and gas equipment company in Alam Damai, Cheras. As they are expanding, they are looking for Sales Coordinators to join their team.

Job Requirements:

  • Reliable and responsible for managing administrative tasks related to the sales process (Purchase Order, Oversea Delivery Arrangement, Invoicing & Reporting)
  • Able to handle customer inquiries from various platforms such as portal, email, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and able to communicate with suppliers, clients, forwarding companies, etc. in English
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently, independently, and prioritize effectively

Requirements & Details:

  • Applicants with a minimum experience of 6 months are preferred
  • Degree, Diploma or SPM holders are all welcomed to apply.
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 5:30PM)
  • Annual Leaves: 14 days
  • Average 2-3 months annual bonus
  • Medical coverage
