Job Description:-

1)Maintaining & updating system of customer order & sales databases.

2) Managing the sales order process, ensuring timely processing and delivery of orders.

3) Addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and handling customer service requests.

4) Facilitate communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments

Requirements:-

✓ Diploma or Degree in any field

✓ Basic English in excellent written, verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

✓ Positive working attitude with pleasant & excellent interpersonal skills.

✓ Ability to work in a team, as well as prepared and willing to improve skills independently.

✓ Computer literacy: Proficiency in using various software and tools for sales management, data analysis, and communication

✓ Welcome fresh graduates or 1 years experience in related field.

✓ English, Malay and Mandarin
