Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support sales initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process, including order processing and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of packaging/shipping is a plus.
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
