Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments.
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to support sales initiatives.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process, including order processing and invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of packaging/shipping is a plus.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
