Street furniture, comprising bins, benches, and bollards, plays a vital role in public spaces by maintaining cleanliness, enhancing aesthetics, and ensuring safety. Bins, in particular, efficiently dispose of waste, keeping the environment pristine with receptacles designed to seamlessly blend into their surroundings.

Sales Coordinator cum Admin Executive
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including on-time order fulfillment, invoicing, delivery orders, packing lists, quotations, and customer and supplier correspondence.
  • Assist in order processing and maintain records of inventory control and materials storage.
  • Maintain up-to-date order delivery schedules and properly file customer orders for the sales team.
  • Prepare sales records and generate reports as required.
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved timely.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of sales-related activities.
  • Support the sales department with other administrative tasks and day-to-day operational activities as requested.
  • Liaise with the production department team.
  • Update monthly sales and complaints reports, including tracking pending orders.
  • Coordinate logistics and export of shipping documents (e.g., MICCI COO, Form A, Form D).
  • Prepare reports from exhibitions and the internet for new buyers.
  • Renew certificate documents for shipments annually (MICCI, Dagang Net).
  • Preferably have experience in exporting trade, customs procedures, and logistics.
