About the role
CHIC EST SDN. BHD. is looking for a committed and organised Sales Coordinator Cum Admin to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating and processing sales orders and inquiries from sales team
Coordinating and processing orders with suppliers
Coordinating and processing orders with logistic and warehouse team
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and delivery of products/services
Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and archiving
Serve walk-in customer whenever necessary
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales coordination or administrative role in furniture industry
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
