About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at NT Architectural Hardware (M) Sdn Bhd in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing sales support to the manager and customer relationship management
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the sales database is up-to-date
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting the sales manager with any other tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the sales industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Proven customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when required
