Qualifications

  • Expérience en assurance générale, service client ou rôles administratifs souhaitée.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication en anglais et en bahasa malais.
  • La capacité de travailler de manière autonome et de gérer plusieurs priorités.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer le renouvellement des polices d'assurance et suivre les dates d'expiration.
  • Préparer et mettre à jour les rapports pour surveiller les renouvellements et l'état des paiements.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients et assurer une assistance liée aux polices.

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Experienced in general insurance, customer service or administrative roles is an added advantage.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Offices, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to speak and read in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
  • Handle general insurance policy renewals by tracking expiry dates and sending timely reminders to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure premium payments are made on time and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Prepare and update reports to monitor renewals, payment status, and customer data.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide policy-related assistance, and ensure a high standard of service.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely policy processing.
