We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Process sales orders for local and export customers using SAP system

Prepare and apply Form E via Dagangnet for export documentation

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure timely delivery and invoicing

Handle incoming calls and support customer inquiries

Maintain proper filing of sales documents and correspondence

Track collections and follow up on outstanding payments

Assist with other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Knowledge of Dagangnet and export documentation is an added advantage

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
