A leading company in the furniture industry is seeking an Inside Sales Support to manage sales orders, coordinate with production, and provide clerical support. Candidates should possess a Diploma and be proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Accountable for managing the sales order sheet, recording, checking prices, and serving as the window contact for local customers to the company.
Responsible for taking orders and reviewing local order delivery capabilities.
Coordinate with the Production Department regarding FG inventory and product production planning status.
Provide inside sales support, including order entry, expediting, meeting preparation, handling telephone inquiries, written requests, and general clerical functions as needed.
Prepare monthly sales reports related to local sales information.
Handle communication with responsible persons and organize factory clearance information.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
