About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Couch Designs Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless customer experiences. In this full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor, you will work closely with our sales professionals to coordinate sales activities, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction

Issuing Purchase Order,Confirmation Order

Consistently follow up with sales representative and answer any questions or concerns

Liaise with supplier on order, costing and product sourcing

Liaise with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer information, and order data

Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industry

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Proficient in using SQL software

A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
