Taking enquiry details from customers accurately and maintaining accurate database.
Ensuring accuracy and timely process orders.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Answering calls or client questions regarding their account or orders.
Monitoring and tracking sales activities, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
Maintaining sales records for reports to Marketing Manager.
Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Marketing, Business, Management, Engineering, Finance or related field).
Fresh Graduate or up to2 years of work experiencein sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the sales, marketing, or customer service industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
