The job scope:
  • Taking enquiry details from customers accurately and maintaining accurate database.

  • Ensuring accuracy and timely process orders.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

  • Answering calls or client questions regarding their account or orders.

  • Monitoring and tracking sales activities, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Maintaining sales records for reports to Marketing Manager.

We looking for:
  • Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Marketing, Business, Management, Engineering, Finance or related field).

  • Fresh Graduate or up to2 years of work experiencein sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the sales, marketing, or customer service industry.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
