Sales Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team at Growmore Traders Sdn Bhd in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales Coordinator, you will support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining customer files.
2. Assist with preparing sales contracts and related documentation.
3. Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
5. Identify and suggest process improvements to boost sales department efficiency.

What We're Looking For

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software.
4. Experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in Client & Sales Administration.
5. Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
