TLCP provides training, branding, and business support in the kindergarten industry, offering creative methodologies for teaching Islamic foundations and essential skills to children.
Job Description
- Field Sales - Actively participate in field sales activities, including attending events and conducting sales calls. Mandatory attendance at all Fast Reading technique events and some Little Caliphs events that require sales of books, regardless of location (e.g., Johor, Sabah). The commission will be determined by management.
- Office Duties - When not engaged in field sales activities, work in the office from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Sales Support - Schedule and coordinate sales appointments, meetings, and events. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related materials. Track sales leads and manage customer database. Generate sales reports and analyze sales data. Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service.
- Administrative Support - Manage sales-related documentation and records. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, shipping) to ensure smooth sales processes. Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and persuade potential clients.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and overcome challenges.
- High accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
