Job description

• Lead New Product Briefings – Organize and coordinate impactful product briefings on behalf of the sales team to introduce new offerings to customers.
• Build & Maintain Strong Customer Relationships – Act as the main point of contact for both existing and new customers, ensuring excellent communication and ongoing engagement.
• Product Knowledge & Expertise – Develop a strong understanding of printing materials, including paper types, colors, and finishing options, to provide informed recommendations.
• Production & Logistics Coordination – Work closely with the production team to monitor order status, manage delivery schedules, and ensure smooth shipments.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance – Adhere to company-certified systems, industry regulations, and customer-specific requirements to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Who We're Looking For:

• Sales Coordination or Admin Experience – Prior experience in sales coordination or administrative roles is a plus, but not a must!
• Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese – This role involves working with Mandarin-speaking clients, so proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
• Great People Skills – Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
• Self-Motivated & Independent – Able to work with minimal supervision while staying proactive and organized.
• Tech-Savvy – Basic computer literacy is required to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Open to Fresh Graduates! – No prior experience? No problem! We welcome fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
