Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Fresh graduate in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are most welcome.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (will be an advantage).
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel occasionally.

  • Prepare and process documents such as invoices, reports, credit notes, and maintain relevant records.
  • Monitor daily delivery arrangements and support urgent deliveries.
  • File and maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Coordinate daily activities with relevant departments.
  • Assist with data entry and management tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
