About the role

Sunny Packaging Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Skudai, Johor. As a full-time Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders and follow-ups in a professional and efficient manner

Coordinate and manage the order fulfilment process, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products

Assist the sales team in preparing quotes to clients

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information and inventory levels

Identify and report on sales trends, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement

Account Receivable (AR) job focuses on creating and sending delivery order & invoices, processing payments, tracking out standing balances, and ensuring timely collection of payments

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in a sales coordinator or customer service role, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SQL Accounting system

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A positive, proactive and customer-centric attitude
