About the role

Softronix Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Support the sales team with solution selling into prospect.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and product presentations.

Create and deliver presentations and demos that communicate clearly the uniqueness of the value proposition.

Effectively communicate the requirements from client to the technical team.

Successfully match client pain/requirements to proposed solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and product materials.

Manage sales pipelines and client follow-ups.

Track and report on sales metrics, helping the team stay on target.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

Proven work experience and track record as a sales.

Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with client.

Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding presentation and creativity skills.

Willingness to travel.

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, preferably with an engineering or numeracy base.
