Note: This position is an entry level position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the production, warehouse and packing teams to monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Address customer complaints and provide timely resolutions, escalating issues to the Sales Manager when necessary.
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, product information, and sales reports.
• Support promotional activities and campaigns by providing relevant product information to customers and gathering feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer data, and inventory updates.
• Stay updated on the company's product line, including specifications, quality standards, and industry trends.
• Provide clients with technical information about glove materials, applications, and standards to assist in their purchasing decisions.
