Job Description

The Sales Support/Assistant is responsible for managing the sales operation/activities in driving sales and marketing role internally or externally. This role involves administrative tasks, coordination between departments, and direct support to sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team. Maintain and organize sales documentation and databases.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and issues. Assist in managing customer relationships and follow up on leads. Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients and the sales team.
  • Sales Process Management: Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities. Help in preparing sales proposals and contracts. Track sales metrics and analyze performance data. Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies. Assist in planning and organizing sales events, presentations, ISO 9001:2018 procedure.
  • Job Scope: Coordinate clients’ orders and projects from Enquirers to clients’. Follow up closely with Sales Representatives and Customers’ requirements to support Sales Representatives to expand business/sales area. Participate in internal meetings when they are related to hands on work. Search on customer leads, markets, channels. To comply with all specific responsibilities stipulated in the Quality Management System documentations. Any other duties assigned by superior.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
