BRIDAL CONSULTANT(IMMEDIATE HIRING)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude

JEWELLERY SALES CONSULTANT

  • Passion for jewelry industry (sales experience preferred, fresh graduates trainable)
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Strong resilience; adaptable to flexible hours (including weekends/public holidays)
  • Team player with strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

BRIDAL CONSULTANT

  • Assist clients in scheduling and attending gown fittings. Provide guidance on how to wear, adjust, and care for their selected gowns.
  • Offer fashion advice and support brides in selecting gowns that align with their style, vision, and budget.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction after the sale by coordinating alterations and addressing any post-purchase concerns.
  • Work towards achieving monthly individual and/or store sales goals.
  • Assist with preparations and on-site support during bridal expos or brand events, such as helping with setup, managing gowns, and engaging with visitors.
  • Clearly communicate dress availability, alteration timelines, and other important logistical details to help brides plan smoothly.

JEWELLERY SALES CONSULTANT

  • Promote jewelry products and achieve personal/team sales targets
  • Provide professional, enthusiastic service: answer product inquiries, convey brand values
  • Maintain store displays and hygiene; ensure inventory accuracy and security
  • Participate in marketing events to boost brand awareness
  • Continuously upgrade industry knowledge and sales/customer management skills
  • EPF, SOCSO, PCB
