Key Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for Property sales of Southern Region.
2. Source new sales opportunities by generating inbound and outbound leads.
3. Maintain close follow up with prospects and existing buyers to build good relationship.
4. Conduct market survey, learn about competitors products and build network to gain first hand industry information.
5. Prepare sales update & progress report.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
2. 1 to 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing field, within Property or Banking industry with experience in mortgages/loans would be an added advantage.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Good in building rapport with customers.
6. Strong motivation to achieve sales target.
7. Team player.
