Job Summary
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
  2. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  3. Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
  4. Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference.
  5. Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
  6. Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
  7. Help customers try on merchandise to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.
  8. Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
  9. Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
  10. Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products.
