At Keypath, we believe in transforming education to transform the world. As a Student Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding students through their educational journey, from enrolment to graduation, ensuring they achieve their academic and career goals.
Your Role:
- Engage and Inspire: Connect with prospective students, understand their aspirations, and assess their suitability for our postgraduate programs.
- Drive Enrolments: Utilize your sales skills to manage a pipeline of student leads, driving enrolments to meet and exceed targets.
- Support and Nurture: Provide ongoing support to students, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed recruitment and retention KPIs.
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective students, identifying their needs and goals.
- Use a consultative sales approach to inform and educate students.
- Manage a pipeline of students at various stages of the application process.
- Respond to student inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Drive enrolment conversions by nurturing leads.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective students.
- Build strong relationships with students, fostering trust and positive decision-making.
- Ensure an excellent student experience from enrolment to graduation.
- Execute physical and virtual events, including Open Days and Postgraduate Days.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher is highly regarded.
Experience: 1-2 years in student enrolment, telemarketing, contact centre, or a similar sales environment.
Skills: Proven relationship-building and sales skills, consultative sales techniques, and a results-driven mindset.
Attributes: Energetic, fast learner, collaborative team player, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a keen eye for detail.
