About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant / Sales Interior Design to join our dynamic team at One Hub D&B Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and proposing tailored interior design solutions

Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services

Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers

Collaborating with the interior design team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and continuously expanding your product knowledge

Contributing to the overall growth and success of the business through your sales and customer service excellence

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the interior design or home furnishing industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and build long-lasting relationships

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle customer objections and close deals

A keen eye for design and a passion for creating beautiful, functional living spaces

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to use design software eg. AutoCAD would be an advantage

Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a commitment to exceeding sales targets
