• Minimum Education: Candidates must possess at least an SPM qualification.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin is essential, with basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Work Location: Ability to work on-site at our V Office 2 in Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur.
• Work Schedule: Commitment to a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Essential Skills: Attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly are crucial for success in this role.
• Document Support: Work closely with team leaders and bankers to help prepare and send the right documents smoothly and on time.
• Customer Service: Reply to customer messages fast (usually via WhatsApp/text), follow up on any missing documents, and keep communication friendly and clear.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Aim to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets. Actively look for new sales opportunities to increase company revenue.
• Build Good Customer Relationships: Provide excellent service to keep customers happy and loyal in the long run.
• Solve Customer Issues: Help customers with their questions and solve problems quickly to make sure they’re satisfied.
• Basic Salary ( RM 2000-RM 3000)
• Commission 13% ( can earn from RM 500-RM 30,000)
