Job description

The Role.
As the Sales Consultant at The Makeover Guys, you will focus on providing consultations on interior makeover and advice on maximizing property returns. Our mission is enabling people to enjoy better homes. You will establish and cultivate relationships with homeowners and provide strategic solutions for their properties. You are key in building and nurturing a community of happy customers who believe in what we believe. What You’ll Do.

  1. Educate the homeowners on the importance of making over their unit
  2. Understand the client’s needs and lifestyle, and provide solutions based on our services
  3. Provide strategic solutions to increase the rentability of the customer’s unit
  4. Perform area analysis on surrounding areas of the property
  5. Prepare space planning, cost estimates, and quotations for the homeowners
  6. Study industry trends, home renovation, and smart interior solutions

Who You Are.

  1. Client servicing experience preferred!
  2. Background or interest in interior design/styling, home furnishing, and property/real estate
  3. Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus!
  4. Results-driven and high level of accountability
  5. Great time management skills

Working Arrangement.
Hybrid. Work closely with our Interior Designer and Project Manager.
