Job summary

Amee Philips Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Consultant to enhance client satisfaction and promote jewellery products. The role involves maintaining showroom operations, meeting sales targets, and building lasting relationships with clients. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of retail experience in luxury goods and be fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in retail of jewellery, luxury watches & other luxury goods.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu.
Added advantage if able to speak Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Attend to clients' enquiry and propose the right product.
Build long term client relationships for repeat visits and referrals.
Participate in sales events at in-house & external venues.

Education

Secondary/SPM/O/Diploma level

Attend to clients enquiry and propose the right product to ensure client's satisfaction.

To build long term client relationship for repeat follow up visits and referral.

To achieve personal and store sales target with the team.

Participate in sales events in-house & external venues.

To handle the daily showroom operation as per SOP with the team.

Any other tasks as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Secondary/SPM/O/Diploma level in any field of study.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in retail of jewellery, luxury watches & other luxury goods.

Language: Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu. Added advantage if able to speak Mandarin to handle the Mandarin speaking clients.
