Job description

Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Sales Consultant shall diligently, faithfully, and legally solicit prospective customers to secure sales for the Company. He/She shall utilize his/her best efforts to obtain business exclusively for the Company and promote its operations.

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for multiple Sales Consultant positions.

Responsibilities

1. Work together with team members to prioritize customers and achieve sales targets.
2. Understand customer needs and recommend treatments and products professionally.
3. Follow up with clients regarding treatments and remind them of upcoming appointments.
4. Monitor and evaluate strategies to meet sales goals.
5. Maintain excellent after-sales relationships.
6. Comply with all workplace health and safety standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
8. Assist with ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Preferably with sales experience in the Aesthetic/Beauty industry or equivalent experience in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness services.
• Service-oriented with motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
