Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: Proactively generate and manage a high volume of leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Convert leads into sales efficiently to achieve targets, leveraging referrals and other prospecting methods.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Accurately collect and manage customer information to support CRM initiatives, ensuring loyalty and repeat business. Maintain systematic records using the Sales Funnel system and report daily to the Sales Manager.
Follow-Up & Customer Support: Ensure diligent follow-up on customer interactions, including showroom visits, test drives, offers, and post-sale check-ins (e.g., 3-month and 6-month follow-ups), to enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Process & Compliance: Manage contracts, financial documentation, and sales records to ensure smooth transactions. Assist customers with trade-ins and financing applications while ensuring compliance with sales policies, regulations, and safety standards.
Product & Market Readiness: Maintain demo and fleet cars in optimal condition for test drives and marketing purposes. Prepare vehicles for delivery and oversee post-sale follow-ups.
Business Development & Market Expansion: Support efforts to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through showroom duties, events, and roadshows.
Collaboration & Performance Improvement: Work closely with stakeholders and the team to identify challenges, optimize processes, and drive sales performance.
Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
