Key Responsibilities:

Utilize effective sales strategies to exceed individual and boutique sales targets.

Provide in-depth product knowledge and highlight unique selling points of our jewelry to customers.

Engage and build strong relationships with customers to drive both immediate sales and long-term loyalty.

Customer Service:

Follow established customer service protocols to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Maintain regular contact with potential and existing customers, offering personalized after-sales services.

Handle inquiries, gather feedback, and report findings to supervisors for improvement.

Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times to ensure customers feel valued.

Develop in-depth product knowledge and manage product displays to ensure all pieces are showcased beautifully.

Assess customer needs and preferences to recommend the perfect jewelry pieces.

Ensure that all products are managed efficiently, with proper storage, handling, and transportation.

Keep the boutique tidy and organized, ensuring that product displays are always visually appealing.

Operations:

Follow standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Accurately maintain records, including sales transactions, inventory counts, and stock in/out logs.

Stay updated on company news and product information to offer the best service to customers.

Assist with cash register and POS system functions (if applicable).

Teamwork:

Foster a positive and cooperative team environment through effective communication and mutual support.

Participate in team briefings and provide constructive feedback to improve operational efficiency.

Contribute to the boutique's success through a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion brands, or any sales-related field.

A polished, professional appearance with strong grooming skills.

Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus) to communicate effectively with our Mandarin-speaking clientele.

Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to exceed sales targets.
